Benefit They're Real Remover

Sometimes I go for a strong eye look, and we all know how much of a pain they are to remove. I hate the thought of rubbing at my eyes and creating unnecessary premature wrinkles, so with that in mind I thought the Benefit They're Real Remover would come in rather handy.

I've only got a mini of the product, but seeing as though you only need a pea size amount I don't think the size of the tube is an issue. Unfortunately I hate the They're Real Mascara and the eyeliner counterpart so I can't say how well it removes them. Instead I've been putting it to the test with the most stubborn waterproof mascara I own. Max Factor False Lash Effect in Waterproof. You use this on dry skin, and simply squeeze out a little bit of product to then quite literally rub on your eyes. The look you're after is either a panda, or like something straight out of the Black Parade. Lol at my emo days. It does the job rather well, little effort is required to remove everything and then it's the simple matter of rinsing it off, although I prefer to wipe it all off with my Garnier Micellar Water. It's certainly a quick and efficient way to get rid of eye makeup, but I don't find myself reaching for it over my Body Shop Chamomile Oil, or my Ole Henriksen Cleanser or even my Garnier Micellar Water. It does the job, but I just can't be bothered with the faff. Maybe I'll fall in love with it when I've finished the little tube up, the cuteness of a mini is enough to keep me using it. I find myself neither blown away or hating this, yet I don't find myself calling it a necessity either. It's a makeup remover, plain and simple.

What do you think of the Benefit They're Real Remover? Have you tried it and loved it or are you indifferent like me?

Thank you so much for commenting on this little blog of mine. I read every single one and I appreciate your kind words more than I can say. I do try to reply but it's something I'm terrible at (I'm bad at texting in particular), so if you're after a swifter reply then try me over at my Twitter @jodieloue_ where I'm actually pretty good at replying.
