Christmas Wishlist 2015

It’s December. Santa is officially on his way and I’m very much listening to Ariana Grande sing ‘Santa Tell Me’ on repeat. Family members keep asking me what I want to which I reply ‘I don’t know’ which results in a very tired sigh or a death stare. I’m notoriously hard to shop for, but I figured I’d throw together a quick list of things I want, to stop the questions and also to hint to James exactly which Charlotte Tilbury eye shadow palette I want.

I think the Oskia Renaissance Gel and the Pixi Glow Tonic don’t need explaining. Everyone raves about them and my skin needs to get in on the hype. Some other things that don’t need explaining are the Kevyn Aucoin Sensual Skin Enhancer, the Kevyn Aucoin Sculpting Powder, and the Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit. If these end up under my tree I definitely wouldn’t be complaining. They all get amazing reviews and there’s something about luxe makeup you know?

The Charlotte Tilbury Dolce Vita palette has long been on my wishlist and when I mentioned it to James he happily said if I wanted it for Christmas he’d get it for me. I can’t refuse an offer that’s like that. +40 boyfriend points for him. Plus let’s all take a section to just adore it in all it’s glory in the stock image above.

I don’t expect to see the Escentric Molecules 01 perfume as a present this year. It’s damn expensive and if anyone bought me it I’d genuinely have a couple of heart palpations. I’m just curious to see if it would make me smell nice and what it would actually make me smell like. One day maybe.

The Canon 50mm lens is going to be my gift for myself this year. I want blurry backgrounds and this should give it to me. Photography is something that needs to be ever improving round these parts.

Probably the ‘why the heck do you want this Jodie?’ present is the Fantasy Life game. I have a week spot for story telling games (I still feel like a little kid in a grown ups world) and it was either this or Sims 4. Both would distract me, but I feel like this would distract me for less time you know? Plus the Sims 4 needs a pet expansion pack first.

What’s on your Christmas list this year?
