Apart from how much my inner feminist loves the shade name, the beauty lover inside me adores pretty much everything about this one. When Anna recommended it sometime last year, I rushed to my local Superdrug, popped it in my basket and the rest was history. By that, I mean I didn’t use the thing.
I’m slapping my wrists as we speak because I’ve been missing out. Big time. The colour is a cool toned baby blue, that I think would look good on anyone. From pale to dark skin tones this is one that can be rocked by all.
Now the brush on Barry M’s polishes always impress me. They’re the perfect size to swoop colour all over my nails in three elegant strokes. With two coats, opacity was reached and my job was done. Unlike when I usually, rather clumsily and unbeknownst to me, touch something and ruin all my hard work, I’ve been like a Cheshire cat. Eat my dust dries so quickly, I don’t have the time to bash in the polish.
Probably the most need to know detail is how long this polish lasts. I managed to get two to three days chip free, which for someone who chips their nails from just looking at them is phenomal! Without a top coat too, so I can’t wait to see how long this manages to look good with my fave Essence top coat.
I know I’m a little late to the party, but have you tried a Barry M Quick Dry polish?
